Overview
Wild TO is an interactive dashboard that turns Toronto's open 311 service request data into a story about how people and urban wildlife share the city. Raccoons, coyotes, foxes, skunks — every call to 311 becomes a data point, mapped and analyzed to reveal where, when, and why human–wildlife encounters happen.
What It Shows
By aggregating and visualizing thousands of 311 requests, the dashboard surfaces patterns that are invisible at the level of a single complaint — seasonal spikes, neighbourhood hotspots, and the geography of cohabitation across Toronto.
